Unauthorized and Misleading Online Advertisements from Third Parties

Center for Implant Dentistry (CID) is aware of misleading online advertisements from third parties that falsely suggest we provide extremely low-cost dental implants (for example, “$500” or “$35/month”) or offer “dental implant grants.”

These ads are not created by, authorized by, or affiliated with CID in any manner. In some cases, such ads do not mention CID by name but may redirect to our website, which can be confusing. If you see an ad making claims like the examples above, please treat it as suspicious and contact us directly using the information below to confirm any offer.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We are committed to providing care with clarity and professionalism. During your consultation, you will receive a personalized treatment plan that determines your all-inclusive price based on your clinical needs and selected options. This approach helps prevent surprises such as hidden fees or multiple unexpected bills.

We actively work to have inaccurate, unauthorized advertisements removed and appreciate your understanding. For details about how we handle personal information, please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

How to Spot & Report Misleading Ads

  • Claims of ultra-low “one-price-fits-all” implants (e.g., “$500” or “$35/month”) without exam details.
  • Promises of “implant grants” not issued by a government or recognized program.
  • Ads using generic branding that later redirect to our site without explaining the connection.
  • Pressure tactics, countdown timers, or requests for unusual payments.

If you encounter a suspicious advertisement that references us or leads to our website, please let us know so we can investigate.

Information on financing, if available, is always discussed transparently during consultation and is subject to terms and eligibility with any third-party financing providers. CID does not offer “implant grants.”
