Answers To Your Most Common Concerns

Still have a question? Just call us, we're open 7 Days a week

What is the difference between All-on-4®, All-on-6®, and All-on-8® dental implants?
These are full-arch restoration methods using four, six, or eight dental implants to support a fixed set of teeth. All-on-4® is ideal for moderate bone loss. All-on-6® or All-on-8® offers increased stability, especially for patients with higher bite forces or long-term durability needs. We recommend the best approach based on bone quality, anatomy, and long-term goals.
What materials are best for implant teeth—zirconia vs. acrylic vs. porcelain?
Zirconia is the strongest, most durable, and stain-resistant material—ideal for permanent, full-mouth restorations.Acrylic (PMMA) is often used for temporary teeth but lacks long-term durability.Porcelain offers aesthetic appeal but can chip under pressure. We use high-grade zirconia milled in-house for same-day delivery and superior results.
What is the success rate of dental implants?
Dental implants have a long-term success rate of over 95% when placed by experienced surgeons with proper planning. Factors affecting success include bone quality, patient health, smoking, and oral hygiene. Our clinic uses 3D-guided surgery and advanced diagnostics to maximize success, especially in complex or failed cases.
Can I get implants if I have diabetes or other health conditions?
Yes—many patients with controlled diabetes, heart disease, or other systemic conditions are still excellent candidates. We perform thorough medical evaluations and collaborate with your physician if needed. Proper healing and post-op care are essential, and our team is experienced in managing medically complex patients.
How much do full mouth dental implants cost?
Costs vary based on the number of implants, materials used (zirconia vs. acrylic), and whether additional procedures (like bone grafting or sinus lifts) are needed. On average, full mouth zirconia implants range from $20,000–$50,000. We offer financing options and free consultations to provide a transparent, personalized quote.
Can dental implants fail? What are the signs?
Though rare, implants can fail due to infection (peri-implantitis), poor bone integration, or excessive stress. Warning signs include mobility, pain, swelling, or gum recession around the implant. Early intervention is key. Our clinic specializes in diagnosing and treating implant complications—even ones placed elsewhere.
Do dental implants look and feel natural?
Yes. Our implant restorations are custom-designed using facial scans, bite analysis, and aesthetic preferences. We craft every tooth in-house using high-translucency zirconia to ensure lifelike beauty, while proper angulation ensures a natural feel. Most patients can't tell the difference from their natural teeth.
How should I care for my dental implants?
Implants should be brushed and flossed like natural teeth. We recommend water flossers, soft toothbrushes, and routine dental cleanings every 6 months. Avoid smoking and grinding habits. Our team provides personalized hygiene protocols to protect your investment long-term.
