Beyond basic dentistry. We specialize in complex full-mouth rehabilitation using Zirconia, Zygomatic anchorage, and digital photogrammetry. Real science for real transformations.

From "Hopeless" to Happiness
These videos aren't just testimonials; they are documentaries of complex medical rehabilitation. See how we help patients eat, speak, and live confidently again.

“I was told my case was 'hopeless.' They proved the experts wrong.”
Emilia suffered from aggressive periodontal disease that eroded her bone levels. Standard clinics turned her away. Using our proprietary 'All-on-X' protocol, we utilized multi-cortical anchorage—engaging the dense basal bone that doesn't recede. The result? A fixed, permanent smile in 24 hours without the need for year-long bone regeneration. She went from hiding her mouth to commanding the room.

“The steak test: How I regained 95% of my chewing power.”
Johnny's old denture offered only 10% of natural chewing capacity, limiting his nutrition and digestion. We engineered a custom Titanium-Reinforced Zirconia bridge for him. By precisely calculating the occlusion (bite alignment), we restored his ability to tear and grind food effectively. He doesn't just look better; his systemic health has improved because he can finally eat a balanced diet again.

“I time-traveled. I closed my eyes, and it was over.”
Francis had 'Dental Phobia' so severe he hadn't seen a dentist in 15 years. We utilized TIVA (Total Intravenous Anesthesia) monitored by board-certified anesthesiologists. This isn't just 'laughing gas'—it is a deep, dream-like state where time perception vanishes. Francis woke up with his procedure finished, zero memory of the surgery, and tears of joy.

“Throwing away the adhesive glue was the best day of my life.”
Pauline was trapped in the 'Denture Cycle'—realignments, sore spots, and messy adhesives. We transitioned her to a fixed hybrid solution. Unlike dentures that rest on the gums, these rest on implants integrated into the jawbone. This prevents the bone atrophy (shrinkage) common with dentures and restores the facial structure, effectively taking 10 years off her appearance.

“Precision engineering for a complex anatomy.”
Rosario's sinuses had dropped significantly, leaving paper-thin bone. Most dentists would shy away. We performed a lateral window sinus augmentation simultaneously with implant placement. By using BMP (Bone Morphogenetic Proteins), we accelerated her healing. Her story is a testament to why you need a surgical specialist, not a general dentist, for full mouth reconstruction.

“We designed my smile digitally before touching a single tooth.”
Jameson was a perfectionist. He wanted a specific look. We used Digital Smile Design (DSD) and Facial Photogrammetry to create a 'digital twin' of his face. We 3D printed prototypes for him to 'test drive' his new smile before the final surgery. This guarantees that the final Zirconia prosthetics are not just functional, but esthetically perfect for his specific facial proportions.

“The 'No-Bone' Solution: Anchoring into the cheekbones.”
Laurel had severe maxillary atrophy—virtually no upper jaw bone left. Traditional implants would fail. We utilized Quad Zygomatic Implants, which are extra-long titanium fixtures that anchor remotely into the solid Zygomatic bone (cheekbone). This advanced, graft-less solution provided her with immediate, rock-solid teeth when every other clinic said it was impossible.

“From a removable plastic plate to a fixed medical device.”
Walter hated the 'plastic roof' covering his palate, which blocked his ability to taste food. We converted him to a palate-less All-on-6 design. By freeing the roof of his mouth, he regained his sense of taste and temperature. This wasn't just a dental procedure; it was a restoration of his sensory experience of the world.

Why We Are The Best In Class
The 'Concierge' Experience
Direct access to your surgeon via text/call post-surgery. No call centers, no gatekeepers. Just doctor-patient trust.
Mastery of Materials
We mill our own Zirconia in-house. This gives us total quality control over the translucency, strength, and fit of your teeth.
Specialized Anesthesiology
Safety is paramount. Our IV sedation is managed by dedicated professionals, ensuring your vitals are stable while you sleep.
The 'No-Surprise' Warranty
We stand by our engineering. If an implant fails to integrate, we replace it. We are partners in your long-term health.
Bespoke Craftsmanship vs. Mass Production
Why Private Practice Matters
In the world of dental implants, "corporate chains" operate on a volume model. They often force every patient into a single solution (usually All-on-4 acrylic) because it scales easily. We reject this assembly-line approach.
We act as architects of the face. We analyze your smile line, lip support, and phonetics (speech patterns). Whether you need All-on-6, Zygomatic implants, or a bar-retained overdenture, we customize the bio-engineering to your specific anatomy, ensuring a result that feels like *you*.
The 'Terminal Dentition' Rescue
Saving the 'Hopeless' Case
We frequently see patients who have been told by general dentists that they have "too little bone" for implants. This is often because those dentists lack the training in advanced cortical anchorage.
By utilizing Pterygoid and Zygomatic implants, we engage the skeletal bones of the face rather than just the jawbone. This allows us to provide fixed, non-removable teeth even to patients with severe atrophy, often bypassing the need for hip grafts or year-long wait times.
Value Engineering & Transparency
Understanding the Cost
The cost of dental implants is an investment in a medical device that must function in a wet, bacteria-rich environment under high pressure (chewing) for decades. We don't cut corners on materials.
However, because we own our digital laboratory and milling machines, we eliminate the "middleman" fees that other dentists pay. We pass these savings to you, allowing us to offer premium Zirconia at a price point that competitors charge for inferior acrylic.
The 'Immediate Load' Science
How 'Teeth-in-a-Day' Works
How can we give you teeth the same day as surgery? It comes down to physics: Cross-Arch Stabilization. By rigidly connecting multiple implants with a prosthetic arc, we distribute chewing forces evenly across the jaw.
This prevents micro-movement of any single implant, allowing the bone to heal (osseointegrate) while you still have functional, aesthetic teeth. You never have to go a single day without a smile.
Material Science: Zirconia vs. Acrylic
The Durability Factor
Acrylic (plastic) is porous. Over time, it absorbs saliva, bacteria, and odors. It stains yellow and the teeth wear flat, making you look older.
We specialize in Prettau® Zirconia. This material is a ceramic that is polished to a nano-smooth surface. Gum tissue loves it (it's biocompatible), plaque slides right off it, and it is virtually chip-proof. It is the gold standard for a "forever" smile.
Surgical Precision: Guided Surgery
Eliminating Guesswork
We don't "eyeball" your surgery. We use Dynamic Navigation and 3D Printed Surgical Guides derived from CBCT scans. This allows us to place implants into the optimal volume of bone while avoiding nerves and sinuses with sub-millimeter accuracy.
This minimally invasive approach means smaller incisions, less swelling, less pain, and a significantly faster recovery time for you.
Honest Answers to Tough Questions
This is the most critical question. Many centers use a titanium bar covered in pink acrylic and plastic denture teeth. Over 5-7 years, acrylic stains, absorbs odors, and the teeth wear down flat. We use Monolithic Zirconia—a biocompatible ceramic diamond material. It is non-porous (doesn't absorb bacteria/smells), stays smooth to protect your gums, and maintains its shape and color for decades. It is a higher upfront cost for us, but a lifetime value for you.
The science is based on 'Cross-Arch Stabilization.' When we link 4 to 6 implants together with a rigid arch, they share the load immediately—similar to how a table is stable on 4 legs even if the cement isn't dry. We use advanced torque-measuring devices during surgery. If the implants achieve an insertion torque of >35Ncm, we know the bone has 'primary stability' sufficient to support immediate teeth.
In medicine, nothing is 100%. However, our success rate hovers around 98-99%. The main causes of failure are smoking during healing or uncontrolled diabetes. If an implant fails to integrate, it is not a catastrophe. We simply remove it, let the area heal, and place a new one, often at no extra cost to you under our warranty program. You are never left without options.
They are advanced, not dangerous, provided they are placed by a specialist. Zygomatic implants are longer and anchor into the cheekbone (Zygoma). The Zygoma is very dense cortical bone that never resorbs, unlike the jawbone. This actually makes them MORE stable than traditional implants in patients with bone loss. We are one of the few centers in Northern California credentialed to perform this surgery.
Most patients are surprised to find they have less pain than a tooth extraction. We use Exparel®, a specialized long-release liposomal bupivacaine, which numbs the surgical site for up to 72 hours. By the time it wears off, the acute healing phase is over. Most patients manage with just Ibuprofen and Tylenol after day 3.
We don't guess. We use a CBCT (3D X-ray) combined with an intraoral digital scanner. We overlay these to see your nerves, sinuses, and bone volume in 3D. We then perform the surgery virtually on the computer before you ever sit in the chair. We 3D print a surgical guide that fits over your gums, ensuring the implants are placed exactly where we planned them, down to the micron.
It's a matter of engineering redundancy. All-on-4 is the minimum standard. All-on-6 adds two additional implants. We prefer All-on-6 whenever bone allows because it reduces the load on each individual implant and provides a 'safety net'—if one implant ever has an issue in the future, the bridge still has 5 supports and doesn't need to be remade. We over-engineer for longevity.
No. The 'bulky' look comes from poor planning where the transition line between the bridge and gum is visible. We reduce the bone slightly to hide this transition line under your lip (the 'smile line'). We also use 'Cut-Back' Zirconia technology, where we layer translucent porcelain over the strong Zirconia core to mimic the light reflection of natural enamel.
Yes. We view this as a necessary medical intervention, not a luxury. We partner with specialized medical lenders like Proceed Finance and LendingClub who can offer terms up to 96 months. This often brings the monthly payment down to roughly the cost of a car payment (~$300-$500/month depending on credit), making it accessible for working families.
Medical tourism carries risks regarding accountability and materials. If a screw loosens or a chip occurs 6 months later, you cannot fly back easily. Furthermore, we often see foreign implants that are not FDA-approved, meaning we cannot find parts to service them in the US. When you choose us, you are paying for FDA-certified Grade 23 Titanium, genuine manufacturer parts, and lifetime local support.
