Exercising Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information. Center for Implant Dentistry does not sell personal information for money. We may “share” limited online identifiers with advertising partners for targeted advertising; you have the right to opt out of this sharing.
Your Rights Include:
- Right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Right to access the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
- Right to correct inaccurate information
- Right to delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions)
- Right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising

How to Submit a Request

We will verify your identity as required by law. You may designate an authorized agent. We respond within the timeframes required by the CCPA (generally 45 days).

Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information
Health-related details you share in our forms and quiz are sensitive personal information. Our standard practice already limits their use to responding to you and preparing for your consultation — we do not use them for advertising or to infer characteristics about you, so no separate “limit” action is required. Details are in our California Notice at Collection and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice. If you have any concern about how a specific detail was used, contact us and we will address it directly.
Email and Text Marketing
- Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or email us with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Transactional messages (like appointment confirmations) continue as needed.
- Text/SMS: reply STOP to any message from us to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
- We honor opt-outs promptly and in all cases within 10 business days.
Call Recording
Calls to our tracking phone numbers may be recorded for quality and training, and you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, simply tell the team member when the call begins, or hang up and email us instead at info@bayareaimplantdentistry.com.
